Our Educational Scholarships for Underprivileged Students with Academic Excellence program provides crucial financial assistance, career guidance, and holistic development support to deserving learners.

In the past year, we awarded scholarships to 852 students across various disciplines, reaffirming our commitment to educational equity and opportunity.
Student Employment Assistance Program
Transitioning from education to employment can be daunting, especially for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our Student Employment Assistance Program bridges the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, preparing graduates for the job market with tailored support.

Skill Building & Vocational Training
Recognizing the diverse aspirations and learning pathways of today’s youth, we collaborate with trusted partners to deliver practical, locally relevant skill-building programs. These initiatives are designed to support youth and women seeking alternative or supplementary pathways to employment, particularly those looking to enhance their skills beyond conventional academic routes.
Training Areas:
Tailoring and sewing machine operation; financial literacy; entrepreneurship and business skills; photocopier repair; laptop repair (chip-level); basic accounting and finance using Tally software; automotive repair (car and motorcycle); sewage treatment plant (STP) operations; geriatric care training for women; plumbing and electrical training for women; and solar technician training.
Our programs equip participants with market-relevant skills that enable self-employment, livelihood enhancement, and long-term financial independence, contributing to broader national efforts to strengthen employability.
