Lavanya
Lavanya is a participant of the Laptop Repair Training Program (Chip Level).
Skill Development Initiative
Lavanya is a homemaker and a mother of two school-going children. With some free time during the day, she wanted to do something productive and explore opportunities to build skills that could support her return to work. The training sessions fit well into her daily schedule, allowing her to balance household responsibilities while learning a new technical skill.
Before joining the program, Lavanya had no prior knowledge of laptop repair. Through the training, she was introduced to the basics and gradually developed an understanding of chip-level repair, diagnostics, and practical troubleshooting. She shares that the structured sessions helped her learn step by step and build confidence in handling technical tasks.
The program provided Lavanya with hands-on learning and exposure, enabling her to move from having no experience to gaining practical skills in laptop repair. This learning journey has encouraged her to consider new professional possibilities beyond her previous routine.
Lavanya now looks forward to employment opportunities where she can apply the skills she has acquired and work toward greater financial independence.
